We hope to see you Saturday, August 8, 2026, for Carmine Chamber’s Stars and Stripes Casino Night at Cedar Creek ShutzenVerein-Carmine Hall, celebrating America’s 250th birthday.  Doors will open at 6pm to enjoy drinks and more gaming tables.  The delicious chicken-fried steak dinner will begin serving at 7 pm.  You don’t want to miss this memorable American-themed evening! 

Tables for 8 can be reserved for $600, including 8 meals, free drinks, table wine, and playing chips.  Please return the enclosed table card and your payment by check or call us and pay by Venmo before July 25th, 2026.

We want to thank you for your continued support of the Carmine Chamber of Commerce.  Carmine’s Casino Night has become a popular annual event and is the Chamber’s primary fundraiser.  Proceeds raised from the event fund the Chamber’s care of the Carmine Museum and Visitor Center, funds the “Carmine” magazine, and other marketing literature, funds a scholarship awarded to an outstanding high school graduate in the area, and funds the social events sponsored by the Chamber including the Texas Mixer, Carmine Night Out, Christmas Fest, Ribbon Cutting events for new businesses, ice cream socials and community dances held throughout the year.
